Overview
Customer research revealed that, while we had the strongest product on the market, our messaging was overly complex and difficult to connect with. Competitors with simpler, clearer communication were winning deals by resonating with customers more quickly.
The Brief
The task was to rethink and redefine our brand positioning and messaging to make it simple, human, and approachable. The goal was to cut through complexity, differentiate ourselves from competitors, and launch a campaign that clearly demonstrated our leadership in the market.
The Concept
I developed concepts for a bold, graphic-led video as the cornerstone of the campaign. Working closely with a video agency, I provided creative direction, guided the animation style, and oversaw the graphic development. To support the video, I also outlined the creative approach for complementary assets, ensuring consistency across all campaign touchpoints.
The Outcome
The campaign launched globally with a suite of high-impact videos. Alongside these, we delivered ads in key publications, out-of-home concepts, and social campaigns, while also updating the website to align with the refreshed messaging. The result was a clear, cohesive brand story that cut through complexity and positioned us ahead of competitors.
